Inside city limits, the City of Star Building Department reviews plans and inspects the work to make sure new structures meet the building, electrical and plumbing codes. Outside city limits, Ada or Canyon County handles permits, depending on where you live.
We manage the permits and schedule the inspections for you. If you’re in an HOA, we’ll work through their approval with you, too.
