Why Nampa Homeowners Choose Us

You want a builder who shows up, explains things plainly and finishes what they start. That’s how we work.

We begin with a visit to your property. We talk through your ideas, check the lot and then give you a plan with the cost and timeline laid out. We handle the permits, build the project and walk it with you at the end.

What We Build in Nampa, ID

Shops and RV Garages in Nampa. Stick-framed shops, RV garages and detached garages, with the power, heat, bathroom, loft or RV hookups you choose.

Home Additions in Nampa. More room for your family: bedroom suites, bump-outs, second stories and rooms over the garage.

Custom Homes in Nampa. A new home designed and built for you, from site work through framing, cabinets and final finishes.

ADUs in Nampa. A separate home on your lot for family or guests.

Building in Nampa: Permits and Local Rules

Nampa is in Canyon County. The City of Nampa’s residential FAQ says a permit is needed when adding a room, garage or shed, and for any detached shed over 200 square feet. It also says a structure of any size needs a permit and a permanent foundation once it’s hardwired for power. Outside city limits, Canyon County handles permits.

We sort out which rules apply to your project and pull the permits for you. If you have an HOA, we’ll help with their approval too.
