Then we look at your land. Setbacks, slope, access and utilities all shape what fits. We size the building to fit your lot, not the other way around.
Some of our builds are simple two-car garages. Others are big. A few of our largest shops run more than 65 feet deep, with side rooms for a workspace or extra garage bays.
All of our shops and garages are stick-framed. That means wood studs, set on a concrete slab, built the same way as a house.
We do not build pole barns, steel buildings or prefab kits. We stick with what we do best.
Stick framing gives you a lot of freedom. It is easy to insulate. It takes drywall, siding and trim just like your home. It is simple to add windows, a bathroom or a loft. And it can match the look of your house, so the new building feels like it belongs.

An RV garage gives your motorhome, trailer or fifth-wheel a safe, dry place to live. We size the bay depth, door height and door width to fit your rig. We can add RV hookups if you want them. Many owners also add extra car bays next to the RV bay.

This is an RV garage with living space built in. It might be a mother-in-law suite, a guest room next to the RV bay, or a home gym or office in the first bay. We plan the living space and the garage space together, so both work well.
We take care of the whole project. You do not need to hire a separate grader, concrete crew, electrician or plumber. Here is what we can include:
You pick what goes in. Some owners want a plain building for storage. Others want a finished space they can work in every day. We build either one.
Most shops and garages need a building permit. In Idaho, the city or county where you live decides the rules. That includes how big the building can be, how close it can sit to your property lines, and how tall it can be.
You do not have to figure this out on your own. We pull all the permits for your project. We also work with the inspectors as the build moves along.
If you live in Ada County outside city limits, the county’s Building Division reviews plans and inspects the work. Inside a city, that city’s building department does it. We work with both.
If you live in an HOA, there may be more rules. HOAs often have their own say on size, height, colors and materials. That can take extra time. We help you work through it before we start.
